Aluminum foil layer: As the primary outer layer material for the tape, it uses flat aluminum foil, which offers lightweight, thin, and soft characteristics. This material provides excellent moisture resistance, effectively blocking external humidity to prevent the adhered object from getting damp. Additionally, it boasts superior UV protection, safeguarding internal items from harmful ultraviolet rays. At the same time, the aluminum foil’s outstanding thermal reflectivity helps bounce back heat, delivering impressive insulation performance.
Adhesive layer: Located beneath the aluminum foil layer, this is the key component that enables the tape to adhere firmly to various surfaces. The adhesive must possess strong, long-lasting stickiness to securely bond the aluminum foil to the target material—while also remaining effective across a range of environmental temperatures and humidity levels, ensuring it won’t peel off even after prolonged use. Common types of adhesives include acrylic and rubber-based formulations.
Non-stick paper layer: Applied over the adhesive surface, its primary function is to protect the tape's stickiness when the tape is not in use. This prevents the adhesive from sticking to other objects during storage and transportation. When it’s time to apply the tape, simply peel off the release liner effortlessly, allowing you to easily secure the tape in place.

Scope of application

Architecture field:
Pipe insulation sealing: Commonly used to seal the outer surface of insulation layers on air conditioning, heating, and other piping systems. The thermal insulation properties of aluminum foil help minimize heat loss, enhancing the overall insulation performance. At the same time, sealing gaps prevents moisture from entering, thereby extending the lifespan of the insulation material.
Waterproof and moisture-proof treatment: Applied to areas such as building roofs, exterior walls, and basements to seal gaps and openings, preventing rainwater and moisture from seeping in and protecting the structural integrity of the building. For instance, it can be adhered to seams in roof metal panels or cracks in basement wall surfaces, effectively providing waterproof and moisture-resistant protection.
Electrical and Electronics Field:
Cable Protection: Wrapping wires and cables provides insulation, moisture resistance, and corrosion protection. In specialized environments—such as high-temperature, high-humidity, or chemically corrosive areas—it effectively safeguards the cable jacket, extending the cable's lifespan.
