Embossed aluminum foil layer: As the outer layer of the tape, it is made from aluminum through an embossing process. This embossing treatment enhances both the friction and surface area of the aluminum foil: on one hand, it ensures better adhesion to the surface of the object being taped, improving the overall sticking performance; on the other hand, it elevates the tape's aesthetic appeal and tactile quality. Aluminum foil itself boasts excellent moisture-proof, radiation-resistant, and heat-insulating properties, effectively blocking external elements like moisture and UV rays while also reflecting heat.
Adhesive layer: Located beneath the embossed aluminum foil layer, its primary function is to ensure the foil adheres firmly to various surfaces. The adhesive must exhibit long-lasting stickiness, maintaining consistent adhesion across a range of temperature and humidity conditions—while also demonstrating excellent resistance to aging, so the tape doesn’t easily lose its grip even after prolonged use.
Anti-stick paper layer: Covering the adhesive surface, it protects the tape's stickiness when the tape is not in use, preventing the adhesive from accidentally sticking to other objects during storage and transportation. To apply, simply peel off the release liner, and you can easily affix the tape to your desired location.

Scope of Application

Architecture and HVAC Fields:
Pipe insulation sealing: Commonly used for sealing and joint treatment in insulation layers of air conditioning pipes, heating pipelines, and more. The embossed aluminum tape’s aluminum foil layer effectively minimizes heat loss, delivering excellent thermal insulation performance. At the same time, its superior sealing capability prevents moisture from penetrating the insulation layer, thereby extending the lifespan of the insulation material.
Waterproof and moisture-proof treatment: Used on building components such as roofs, exterior walls, and basements to seal gaps and holes, preventing rainwater and moisture from seeping in. For example, applying the treatment to seams in roof metal panels effectively stops leaks, while addressing cracks in basement walls provides moisture protection, safeguarding the structural integrity of the building.
Electrical and Electronics Field:
Cable protection: Wrapping wires and cables not only provides insulation but also helps prevent moisture and corrosion. When used in specialized environments—such as high-temperature, high-humidity, or chemically corrosive settings—it effectively safeguards the cable’s outer jacket, significantly extending the cable’s lifespan.
