White polypropylene: As the surface layer of adhesive tape, white polypropylene boasts lightweight properties, excellent chemical resistance, moisture resistance, and superior electrical insulation. It also offers a pleasing aesthetic appearance, along with good flexibility and wear resistance, thereby providing effective protection for the internal structure.
Three-way glass fiber mesh: Located beneath the white polypropylene layer, this three-way distributed glass fiber mesh enhances the tape’s overall strength and tear resistance, making it less prone to deformation or rupture under tensile or tearing forces and thereby improving its durability.
Adhesive: The adhesive serves to firmly bond the white polypropylene, the three-dimensional glass-fiber mesh, and the underlying kraft paper, ensuring tight interlayer adhesion and synergistic performance.
Kraft paper: The kraft paper layer enhances the tape’s flexibility and provides a degree of cushioning, while also improving its tensile strength and preventing adhesive penetration, thereby ensuring the tape’s proper performance.
Self-adhesive: Adhesive backing is the key component that enables tape to adhere, offering long-lasting and strong stickiness that allows the tape to securely bond to a wide range of surfaces, including metal, plastic, wood, paper, and more.
Non-stick paper: It covers the adhesive surface of the pressure-sensitive tape, protecting its stickiness when the tape is not in use and preventing accidental adhesion to other objects during storage and transportation. To apply, simply peel off the release liner for convenient sticking.

Scope of Application

Architectural decoration field:
Joint treatment: At the joints of gypsum board, wainscoting, and other panel materials, this product is used for sealing and decorative finishing. The three-way glass-fiber mesh effectively prevents cracking at the joints, while the white polypropylene layer ensures a clean, neat appearance.
Waterproof and moisture-resistant: Suitable for waterproof sealing in damp areas such as bathrooms and kitchens, particularly at joints between pipes and walls or floors, to prevent water vapor penetration.
Packaging field:
General item packaging: For ordinary items that have moderate requirements for moisture resistance and abrasion resistance, such as books and daily necessities, white polypropylene tape can provide effective securing.
