  • Product Structure

Black PVC: As the outermost layer, black PVC not only imparts color to the product’s appearance but also offers wear resistance and corrosion resistance; moreover, its flame-retardant properties provide a degree of fire protection.
Three-way fiberglass mesh: Located beneath the black PVC layer, a three-dimensional glass-fiber mesh structure enhances the material’s overall strength and stability, improving its resistance to tensile stress and deformation and ensuring that the product remains durable during use.
Flame-retardant adhesive: It appears twice within the structure, serving to bond the individual layers and ensure tight adhesion; moreover, it possesses inherent flame-retardant properties, thereby helping to enhance the overall fire-rating of the product.
Aluminum film: Aluminum film offers excellent moisture-barrier and thermal-insulation properties, while also enhancing the fire resistance of the product to a certain extent, thereby protecting the internal materials from external environmental factors.
Flame-retardant kraft paper: As a base material, flame-retardant kraft paper not only exhibits a certain degree of flexibility but also further enhances the product’s flame-retardant performance while providing a degree of protection for the internal structure.

    Scope of Application

Architectural decoration field: It can be used for veneer decoration on interior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces, as well as for in-line lamination with glass wool, rock wool, or rubber-plastic insulation, or for standalone installation to meet the thermal insulation and heat preservation requirements of steel-structure roofs and walls. It is particularly suitable for construction sites with stringent quality-control standards, such as shopping malls, hotels, and office buildings—high-traffic areas where it not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also satisfies fire-safety requirements. In the furniture manufacturing industry, it serves as a surface-veneer material for items such as wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, and office desks and chairs, improving both the visual attractiveness and the fire-resistant performance of furniture while enhancing overall safety in use.
In terms of vehicle interior: Interior surface coverings for vehicles such as automobiles, trains, and aircraft can effectively prevent fires within confined spaces, thereby ensuring passenger safety—for example, seat upholstery and interior panel trims.
Enclosures for electronic equipment: Certain enclosures for electronic equipment that have fire-resistance requirements can utilize this material, ensuring both the aesthetic appearance of the equipment and protection against fire hazards caused by circuit failures or other malfunctions.

MG-WPSK 1009A White Veneer

A composite material is formed by laminating a polypropylene film (the face layer) onto the surface of ordinary wood-pulp paper (the base material). The core principle is to combine two materials to offset the shortcomings of each individual material and broaden the range of application scenarios.

MG-WPSK 1009-8 Three-in-One Standard White-Film Reinforced Clip (Standard Type)

It can be used for thermal insulation of roofs and walls in steel-structure buildings, such as factory halls, gymnasiums, and warehouses; it can also serve as an insulating and vapor-barrier material for air-conditioning ducts and chilled/hot water pipes, and further be employed for sound and thermal insulation in high-rise buildings, hotels, and other facilities.

MG-WPSK 1009A-6 White Veneer (Single-Sided Flame-Retardant)

A functional paper product made by using paper as the base material, laminating a white polypropylene (PP) film on one side, and employing a specific manufacturing process to impart flame-retardant properties. The core innovation lies in integrating the ease of processing inherent to paper with the protective and flame-retardant safety features of white PP.

MG-WPSK 1009A-2 Moisture- and Corrosion-Resistant Veneer (Flame-Retardant Type)

Thermal-seal facing and vapor-barrier layers made from thermal insulation materials such as glass wool, rock wool, and mineral wool are suitable for in-line heat-sealing lamination of wool felts, wool boards, and wool pipes, meeting the thermal insulation and vapor-barrier requirements for HVAC ductwork and chilled/hot water piping, as well as building insulation applications.
