    Core Components and Key Features

    (1) Core Components
Flame-retardant PVC layer: As one of the core functional layers of the material, this layer is achieved by incorporating flame retardants into the PVC substrate, enabling it to meet flame-retardant standards such as GB/T 2408, thereby preventing ignition and slowing the spread of fire. At the same time, the PVC material itself exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, effectively resisting attack from acids, alkalis, oil stains, and other corrosive substances, thus protecting the substrate from damage.
Aluminum-coated film layer: Typically made of aluminum-plated PET or aluminum-plated CPP. The metallic aluminum coating on the surface forms a dense barrier that, on the one hand, effectively blocks moisture and humidity to prevent the underlying substrate from becoming damp and moldy; on the other hand, it also shields against oxygen and light—especially ultraviolet radiation—thereby slowing material degradation and the spoilage of contents.

    (2) Key Characteristics
Multi-layered protection: simultaneously achieves “flame retardancy (fire safety) + moisture resistance (moisture barrier and mildew prevention) + corrosion resistance (chemical erosion resistance) + barrier properties (oxygen and light blocking),” offering comprehensive, multi-faceted protection.
High durability: The flame-retardant PVC layer is scratch-resistant and wear-resistant, while the aluminum-coated film boasts strong adhesion and is unlikely to peel off. The overall material exhibits excellent toughness, allowing it to withstand moderate bending and stretching, resulting in a long service life.
High stability: Both composite layers exhibit excellent chemical stability, maintaining their protective performance and remaining resistant to failure under conditions of extreme temperatures, high humidity, and mild corrosive environments.

    Key Advantages

High degree of functional integration: There is no need to apply separate flame-retardant, moisture-proof, or anti-corrosion layers; a single composite layer can simultaneously meet multiple performance requirements, simplifying construction or production processes and reducing overall costs.
Wide scene adaptability: It is both chemically resistant and moisture- and flame-retardant, making it suitable for use in special environments that are humid, corrosive, or require fire protection—its application scope far exceeds that of single-function surface coverings.
Easy to process and construct: The materials can be cut and trimmed as needed, and certain types can be adhered to the substrate surface via bonding or heat sealing, making operation convenient.
