    Core Components and Characteristics

    Substrate: Plain wood pulp paper
    It retains the inherent advantages of wood-pulp paper, such as excellent ink absorbency, printability, and moderate flexibility, while also benefiting from lower raw-material costs and ease of processing and cutting.
    Veneer layer: Polypropylene film

    The properties of polypropylene (PP) enable critical material upgrades.

    Waterproof and moisture-proof: Prevents water penetration, thereby avoiding softening and damage to wood-pulp paper when exposed to water;
    Scratch- and wear-resistant: Enhances surface hardness and reduces scratches and fuzzing caused by everyday friction;
    Stain-resistant and easy to clean: The surface is smooth and non-absorbent, allowing minor stains to be easily wiped away;
    Chemical resistance: It exhibits moderate resistance to mild acids, alkalis, and oil stains, and is more durable than pure wood-pulp paper.

    Key Advantages

    High cost-effectiveness: Using conventional wood-pulp paper as the base material results in lower costs than using all-polypropylene materials or specialty papers, while still delivering functional performance.
    Highly practical: It retains the ease of printing and processing inherent to wood-pulp paper while addressing its drawbacks—namely, its susceptibility to damage and fragility—through a PP laminating finish.
    Flexible application: The thickness of the wood-pulp paper, the transparency (clear/matte) of the PP film, and the color can all be customized to suit different applications.

    Common Application Scenarios

    Glass wool can be applied either in-situ or installed as a standalone layer to meet the thermal insulation and heat preservation requirements of steel-structure roofs and walls.
