    Structural Composition

    It is typically composed of a four-layer composite structure: a flame-retardant white polypropylene film surface layer, a three-dimensional glass-fiber-reinforced mesh, a flame-retardant binder, and 35 g/m² flame-retardant kraft paper.

    Performance Features

Excellent flame-retardant performance: Flame-retardant polypropylene, achieved by the addition of flame retardants, exhibits superior flame-retardant properties and typically meets the B1 flame-retardant rating. When laminated with 35 g/m² flame-retardant kraft paper, it effectively inhibits flame spread and reduces fire hazards.
Water and moisture resistance: Flame-retardant polypropylene inherently possesses a certain degree of water resistance, and kraft paper, when subjected to special treatment, also exhibits moisture-resistant properties. Together, these characteristics result in a composite veneer with extremely low vapor permeability, effectively blocking the passage of water and moisture.
High strength: Thanks to the reinforcement provided by a three-dimensional glass-fiber mesh, this composite veneer exhibits excellent tensile and tear resistance, with a longitudinal tensile strength of up to 7.0 kN/m and a transverse tensile strength of up to 5.3 kN/m.
Environmental friendliness: The 35 g/m² flame-retardant kraft paper is typically made from virgin wood pulp, meeting relevant environmental standards. Moreover, the composite veneer is produced without the addition of harmful substances, making it harmless to both the environment and human health.

    Application Fields

It is primarily used as a facing material for color-coated steel sandwich panels, laminated onto thermal insulation materials such as glass wool, rock wool, and mineral wool. It can also be applied as a facing and vapor barrier layer for rubber- and plastic-based foams. Additionally, it is suitable for manufacturing thermal insulation, sound absorption, and soundproofing for central air-conditioning ductwork, as well as for ceiling installations in steel-framed industrial buildings and office spaces. It is further applicable to the thermal insulation of various piping systems and equipment, as well as to the insulation of steel-framed industrial buildings, and can even be used in construction sites with stringent quality-control requirements.
