VR-W38 High-Strength Metallized Flame-Retardant Polypropylene Veneer is a high-performance composite veneer material. Below is a detailed introduction:
Product structure: From the inside out, it consists of 70 g/m² 100% virgin kraft paper, a flame-retardant adhesive, a triaxial fiber mesh with 20 strands per 100 mm both longitudinally and diagonally, and a white metallized polypropylene film layer.
Physical properties: Apparent density is 130 g/m², water vapor permeability is 1.15 ng/N·s, tensile strength is 9.6 kN/m longitudinally and 11.2 kN/m diagonally, and bursting strength is 4.9 kg/cm². It exhibits excellent moisture resistance, tensile strength, and bursting performance.
Product features: When combined online with original glass wool, it achieves an overall A2-grade non-combustibility, delivering exceptional fire resistance and significantly reducing fire hazards. The surface boasts a soft, elegant white finish that eliminates glare, resists chalking, and remains crack-free—ensuring both aesthetic appeal and long-lasting durability. Additionally, it exhibits excellent puncture resistance and tensile strength, providing robust support for insulation and waterproofing layers.
