    Long-lasting water-resistant flame retardancy: In accordance with the JC/T 2028-2018 standard, modification with a water-resistant flame retardant ensures that the flame-retardant components do not precipitate or leach out after washing. The oxygen index remains stable at above 26% both before and after washing, significantly exceeding that of conventional materials.
    Water and Moisture Resistance: The aluminum foil layer effectively blocks moisture and humidity, preventing items from becoming damp; its water vapor transmission rate is extremely low, with a surface-level transmission rate of 1.15 nanograms per second.
    High strength: The incorporation of a three-dimensional glass-fiber-reinforced mesh enhances the material’s tensile and tear resistance. For FFRF50 facing, the longitudinal tensile strength reaches 7.0 kN/m, and the transverse tensile strength reaches 3.0 kN/m.
    Excellent thermal insulation: Aluminum foil effectively reflects infrared radiation, reducing heat transfer, and can be used as an external protective layer for thermal pipelines to minimize heat loss.
    Technical specifications: basis weight of 100 g/m², thickness of 203 μm, burst strength of 3.0 kg/cm², and a service temperature range of –40°C to 116°C.

    Application Fields

    It is primarily used as an external covering for mineral wool products such as HVAC ductwork and wall insulation systems, effectively inhibiting flame spread, preventing smoke propagation, and controlling heat transfer. It is also suitable for applications in high-fire- and moisture-resistant environments, such as hospital operating rooms and underground parking garages.
