    Core Components and Key Features

    (1) Core Components
Black flame-retardant PVC layer: the primary functional and aesthetic layer of the material. By incorporating flame retardants into the PVC substrate, the material meets flame-retardant standards such as GB/T 2408, enabling it to inhibit combustion and slow the spread of fire when exposed to flames. The PVC itself exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, effectively withstanding attack from acids, alkalis, oil stains, and chemical reagents. The black appearance also satisfies specific visual requirements for certain applications, such as concealment and an industrial aesthetic.
Aluminum-coated film layer: Typically made of aluminum-coated PET or aluminum-coated CPP, this layer serves as the core barrier and protective function. The metallic aluminum layer forms a dense barrier that, on the one hand, effectively blocks moisture and humidity, preventing the internal substrate from becoming damp, moldy, or rusting; on the other hand, it also shields against oxygen and ultraviolet radiation, thereby slowing material aging and the degradation of contents while enhancing the overall stiffness and dimensional stability of the material.

    (2) Key Characteristics
All-round protection: simultaneously delivers flame retardancy (fire resistance), moisture resistance (moisture barrier), corrosion resistance (chemical resistance), and barrier properties (oxygen and light blocking), offering superior protection and ensuring compatibility with complex, harsh environments.
Balancing aesthetics and durability: The black finish is ideal for discreet settings or industrial-style designs, while the PVC layer offers excellent scratch and abrasion resistance. The aluminum-coated film boasts strong adhesion, and the overall material exhibits superior toughness, ensuring long-term performance without easy damage or fading.
Strong environmental adaptability: It maintains stable protective performance even in environments with extreme temperatures, high humidity, and mild chemical corrosion, and is unlikely to fail due to environmental changes.

    Key Advantages

Integration of function and appearance: There is no need to apply additional flame-retardant, anti-corrosion, or coloring layers; a single lamination step can simultaneously meet both protective and aesthetic requirements, thereby simplifying production and installation processes and reducing overall costs.
Highly scenario-specific: The black exterior addresses the common drawbacks of conventional light-colored protective materials—namely, their tendency to show dirt easily and their poor concealment—while maintaining robust protective performance, making them suitable for a wider range of specialized applications.
High cost-effectiveness: Compared with purely specialized flame-retardant and corrosion-resistant materials, composite structures offer equivalent performance at a lower cost and greater processing flexibility—allowing for cutting, bending, and bonding.

    Typical Application Scenarios

Industrial sector: Protective facing for chemical equipment enclosures (resistant to acid and alkali corrosion), external wrapping for underground pipelines (moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant), and inner lining for distribution boxes/control cabinets (flame-retardant and concealing internal wiring).
Packaging field: Outer packaging for high-risk chemicals (e.g., corrosive liquids and flammable chemical raw materials, designed to provide both flame retardancy and leak- and corrosion-resistant protection), as well as moisture-proof and flame-retardant packaging for electronic components (to isolate moisture and external interference).
Construction and Warehousing Sector: Wall and floor protective coverings for chemical storage warehouses (moisture-resistant and corrosion-proof), and partition decorative finishes for equipment rooms (flame-retardant and aligned with industrial-style aesthetic requirements).
