    Structural Composition

    From the innermost layer to the outermost, the structure consists of 100% virgin kraft paper (49 g/m²), a flame-retardant adhesive, a three-directional fiber mesh (20 fibers per 100 mm in both the longitudinal and diagonal directions), and a white metallized polypropylene film top layer.

    Common specifications are 1,370 mm wide, 3,100 m long per roll, and a basis weight of 142 g/m².

    Performance Features

    It boasts exceptionally high moisture resistance, effectively preventing water vapor penetration, while also exhibiting superior tear and puncture resistance, high tensile strength, and a matte, smooth surface that delivers an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

    Main Uses

    It is primarily used as a surface layer for color-coated steel sandwich panels, laminated onto materials such as glass wool, rock wool, and mineral wool, as well as on rubber–plastic foams and other facing materials and vapor-barrier layers. It can be employed to manufacture thermal insulation, heat-insulating, and sound-absorbing materials for air-conditioning ductwork, suspended ceilings in steel-structure industrial buildings, and various piping and equipment systems.
