  • Product Introduction

Aluminum foil fabric high-temperature-resistant reflective layer is a composite material primarily composed of aluminum foil, a base fabric (such as fiberglass cloth, PET, or PE woven fabric), and an adhesive (such as polyurethane).

It finds extensive applications in areas such as building thermal insulation (including roofs, exterior walls, and underfloor heating systems), industrial pipeline insulation, cold-chain logistics, and automotive thermal shielding. In construction, it is often used in composite systems with materials like rock wool and glass wool to enhance overall thermal performance. For installation, multi-layer flexible insulation structures can be employed, combined with aluminum foil reflective layers to minimize heat loss.

    Core Features

High-temperature resistance: The base materials typically include glass fiber fabric and aramid fabric, with a temperature resistance range of –60°C to 500°C (with special models capable of withstanding temperatures above 800°C), enabling long-term stable operation in high-temperature environments.

High-efficiency reflection: The aluminum foil layer reflects more than 90% of infrared and visible light, reducing heat radiation transfer and minimizing heat loss or gain.

Easy to process: The material is flexible and pliable, allowing it to be cut, rolled, and shaped to fit complex curved surfaces or irregular structures such as pipelines, equipment, and building walls.

Additional Protection: Some products offer waterproof, moisture-resistant, and corrosion-resistant properties, making them suitable for harsh environments such as humid or acidic/alkaline conditions.

Common applications include pipeline insulation, thermal insulation for industrial equipment, reflective thermal insulation for building roofs and walls, and heat dissipation and protection in new energy systems such as photovoltaics and energy storage.

High-Intensity W38 Polypropylene Veneer

High-strength W38 polypropylene veneer is a high-performance veneer material commonly used in building thermal insulation applications, characterized by high strength, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance.

A-grade vapor-barrier fiberglass membrane with facing

In terms of performance, it boasts an extremely low water vapor transmission rate, effectively preventing indoor moisture from seeping into the insulation layer. This safeguards the insulation material from becoming damp and clumpy, while also avoiding a rise in its thermal conductivity—ensuring the long-term energy-saving efficiency of the insulation system.

FFRA-3310 Long-Lasting Water-Resistant Flame-Retardant Polypropylene Veneer

FFR long-lasting, water-resistant, flame-retardant polypropylene facing boasts an extremely low water vapor permeability, acting like a dense shield to effectively prevent moisture from penetrating the insulation layer. This ensures that insulation materials—such as glass wool and rock wool—maintain stable energy-saving and thermal-insulation performance over the long term, thereby extending the service life of the building’s thermal insulation system.

FFR-F50 Long-Lasting Water-Resistant Flame-Retardant Reinforced Aluminum Foil Facing

In the construction industry, it is commonly applied as an outer protective wrap over insulation materials such as glass wool, rock wool, and mineral wool for piping in air-conditioning heating and cooling systems. This effectively maintains stable pipe temperatures, reduces energy losses, and provides fire- and moisture-resistant protection, thereby ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the piping system.
