    Structural Features

    Typically, a multilayer composite structure is employed, featuring highly flame-retardant double-sided aluminum foil facing. This structure comprises seven layers: a pure aluminum foil film, an elastic polymer coating, a three-dimensional glass-fiber-reinforced mesh, a flame-retardant adhesive, and flame-retardant virgin kraft paper, among others. Some products also incorporate a high-density PET film and a polyethylene layer in the core to form a waterproof barrier.

    Performance Advantages

    It boasts excellent thermal insulation performance, effectively reflecting infrared radiation to reduce heat transfer, with an insulation and reflectivity rate of over 98%. It also exhibits outstanding water- and moisture-proof properties, effectively blocking moisture and dampness to prevent items from becoming damp. The material is highly strong, with superior tensile and tear resistance; when glass-fiber-reinforced mesh is incorporated into certain products, tear resistance can be improved by up to 40%. In addition, it offers good fire-retardant performance, with some products achieving a fire rating of B1 and, when combined with glass wool, even reaching A2.

    Application Fields

    In the construction sector, it can be used as an insulation and moisture-barrier layer for roofs and walls, and can be laminated with various thermal insulation materials such as glass wool, rock wool, and rubber-plastic composites; it is also suitable for thermal insulation of air-conditioning ductwork. In the industrial sector, it can be employed for protective wrapping of oil transmission pipelines, steam pipelines, and other similar applications.
