Glass fiber fabric layer: As the base material, it is typically woven from high-strength, high-modulus glass fibers, providing robust structural support and imparting excellent tensile and tear resistance to the product.
Aluminum foil layer: Typically manufactured from high-purity aluminum through a rolling process, it exhibits excellent flexibility and adheres tightly to the glass-fiber fabric, effectively reflecting heat and blocking moisture and humidity.
Bonding Layer: A special flame-retardant adhesive is selected, and through a specialized composite process, the aluminum foil is tightly bonded to the glass-fiber fabric to form a dense thin film, ensuring a robust bond between the two while also producing a smooth and even surface on the composite aluminum foil–glass-fiber fabric.
Anti-corrosion coating: Some products feature an additional anti-corrosion coating on the outer surface of the aluminum foil layer, further enhancing their corrosion resistance and enabling them to operate in more severe environments.

Application Fields

In the construction sector, it can be used as an insulation and moisture-barrier layer for roofs and walls, effectively preventing heat transfer and water vapor penetration. It can also serve as a fire-resistant curtain, vertical partition wall, or fire-stopping panel, among other fire-protection applications, to inhibit the spread of fire in the event of a blaze.
Industrial applications: Primarily used for protective wrapping of chemical equipment such as oil transmission pipelines and steam pipelines, providing flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, and thermal insulation to enhance pipeline safety and service life. It can also be employed for thermal insulation of industrial equipment, such as wrapping motors, transformers, and other devices.
