  • Product Structure

    Aluminum foil
    Polyethylene
    Fiberglass cloth

Three-layer basic structure: A typical PE-coated aluminum foil laminate consists of an outer PE film, a middle aluminum foil layer, and an inner PE film. The outer PE film provides excellent printability and mechanical protection; the aluminum foil layer serves as the core barrier, effectively blocking gases, moisture, and ultraviolet radiation; and the inner PE film ensures heat-seal performance, facilitating package formation.
Multilayer composite structure: Some products further incorporate additional layers on top of the basic structure—for example, a woven fabric layer is added between the aluminum foil layer and the outer PE film, resulting in structures such as aluminum foil/PE/woven fabric or aluminum foil/PE/woven fabric/PE—to enhance the product’s strength and abrasion resistance. Other products replace the aluminum foil layer with an aluminized film, such as a 0.012-mm aluminized film/PE/woven PE fabric structure.

    Scope of Application

Packaging applications: In the food packaging sector, it can be used to produce a wide range of packaging bags, effectively extending the shelf life of food products; in the pharmaceutical industry, it is suitable for manufacturing drug packaging bags, infusion bags, and other types of packaging to safeguard drug quality and safety; additionally, it can also be employed in the packaging of cosmetics and other consumer goods.
In the construction sector: it can be used as an insulating liner for exterior walls and roofs, as a moisture-barrier layer in rubber–plastic composites or for interior suspended ceilings, and as an outer wrap for air-conditioning ducts and hot- and cold-water pipes, providing thermal insulation, heat retention, and condensation prevention.
Industrial applications: It can be used for rust-preventive and sealing packaging of large-scale mechanical equipment, automotive components, and chemical raw materials, and also as an inner liner for shipping containers to provide moisture resistance, rust protection, and tear resistance.
Other applications: It can be used to manufacture camping mats, heat-insulating pads, and more; it is also suitable for thermal lamination of foam insulation materials and for protecting ventilation ducts.
