    5x5 embossed aluminum foil faced is an aluminum foil composite product featuring a regular 5mm x 5mm embossed pattern on its surface. Its primary function is to provide protection and enhance the performance of insulation materials such as rubber-plastic and glass wool, making it widely used in pipelines, equipment, and building insulation systems.

    Core components

    Substrate layer: Mostly high-purity aluminum foil (typically with a purity of ≥99.5%), usually ranging in thickness from 0.03 to 0.08 mm, ensuring excellent ductility and heat resistance.
    Embossed layer: Using a specialized mold, a 5mm × 5mm grid, diamond, or square pattern is pressed into the surface, enhancing its scratch resistance and creating a sense of depth—while also minimizing deformation in the aluminum foil caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
